Why use a guide?

Folks who apply for and receive Guide & Outfitter Memberships with MDF are committed to their profession. These guys and gals know where to find the monster muleys, and they can make your trek more comfortable, more exciting and more fruitful than if you just go out on your own.

Maybe it’s a luxury. In some cases it’s a necessity. A good hunting guide is someone who has done the scouting year ‘round, someone who’ll set up camp and do the cooking, and someone to help get that trophy critter out once you’ve taken it down!
